Distractions
I'm knee deep in revisions today so I thought I would share just one of the many distractions that keep me from getting work done. Whenever I sit down to write, I'm faced with this:

(Yeah, ignore that housework--my motto is, don't look. You can't see the dust and dirt and piles of stuff if you have your nose pointed at your monitor all the time.)
Thanks Carol, he makes it very hard, when he's giving me those hound dog eyes.
I totally agree about the housework! I think I'm going to adopt that motto!
Oh my gosh...he's adorable! I love hound dogs. My beagles curl up next to me on the couch while I write, so that part isn't a problem. The piles of laundry and toys around the house are my main distractions. :)
LOL! Indeed how can one say no to that?! Happy revising! Best of luck resisting the urge to step outside and play. ;)
He's so adorable! And probably no less distracting than kids, lol!
Your dog is so cute! I can see how it would be hard to ignore that face.
